I just recently started on fitness training.
Before I get ready to jump in, I have some questions:
1. What protein bars and drinks are the most effective/best that you know?(what brands?)
(I heard pure protein products are the best?)
2. What protein products are there besides the above two?
3. What protein product is the most effective in building up one’s muscles?
4. What sequence of training should I follow? Is there a rule-of-thumb?(whether you start with dumbells or is there any other type you could recommend me?)
5. I heard if you ingest protein products inappropriately, this could cause cancer. If true, how often should I take protein products?
6. Should I take protein bars and drinks after or before meal?
After or before work-out?

My husband and I are both in school for Fitness Training. It’s an excellent school and it’s a formal education learning such things as fitness testing, strength and conditioning, functional training, special populations, nutrition and weight management and exercise science foundations. This is no quick study certification process and I’d like to know exactly what people feel they need most in a trainer and/or some personal experiences anyone has had, good and bad for us to learn from.

Hey, i need a good workout schedule for strength training. I’m training for the upcoming baseball season at 24 hour fitness. If you don’t know they have tons of machines that work everything. I plan on working out 4 days a week,,,i just need to know what to do/what muscles to work during each of those days to get my arms in the best condition for baseball season.
